Stephen Bauman serves as a Project Manager at Martin J. Braun Mechanical Contractors (Martin J. Braun), bringing over three decades of industry experience to his role. At Martin J. Braun, Stephen is responsible for managing all aspects of projects, customer communications, and supporting the estimating team on new projects.

Stephen began his career in building systems and controls, working as a Control Application Engineer for industry leaders Barber Colman and Johnson Controls. He later advanced into project management roles, integrating his technical background with client-focused execution.

Since joining Martin J. Braun in 2018, Stephen has become an integral part of the firm’s project delivery team, known for his technical acumen, organizational strength, and ability to foster strong client relationships. His background in electrical engineering and building controls enables him to approach each project with a comprehensive, systems-level perspective.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. He continues to leverage his expertise to deliver high-performance, cost-effective project outcomes for clients throughout the region.
