Utility Plants
Martin J. Braun brings extensive experience in the design and installation of utility plants for both campus-wide systems and standalone buildings. We install and integrate a wide range of chiller and boiler technologies—including air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, as well as condensing and non-condensing boilers—to meet the demands of today’s high-performance facilities. Our team handles all associated piping, including gas, chilled water, hot water, steam, and condenser water systems. Our pipefitters and plumbers are certified in weld, flanged, threaded, soldered, and brazed joinery.
